Long before I ever thought of academic coaching as a career, it was simply who I was. Ever since I was young, friends, classmates, and neighbourhood kids naturally gravitated toward me for guidance. Whether it was helping with homework or sitting down after a difficult test to tutor classmates who underperformed, I found myself naturally stepping into the role of a mentor.
During my university years, I wasn't known for flashy trends—I was known as the person who was always willing to help. Students from entirely different faculties would seek me out. I happily guided them for free until I realized this lifelong passion could become my true life's work.
